Bagging ain't perfect.  More often than not there will be some condensation and moisture in the bottom.  It's such a small amount and blends out so well in corn that it's just never been a factor for me, though.  We've delivered hundreds of loads from bags and never had a single one docked for damage, can't say that for bins unfortunately...
