Farmers have way too much emotion in land ownership too be great financial leaders.
+1 and what Reaper said about realizing land apprecition ..... most business never realize all there wealth until sold as farming/business generally turn most profits back into b usiness.....B & C has good points , every situation is different and unique with different goals and like it or not we all will be dead some day and somebody else will be making the decisions |
