I have no, none, zero, nada experience with dairy. But with modern radar, and weather forecasting, and the “world is coming to an end” tv weathermen, I would have though the boss man would have paid some double time or something to get employees to stay for a couple days straight to get the milking done through the storm? Get a couple cots, pizzas, tv, case of beer? Easy to call out ideas from the sidelines after the fact, but......

All employees on our dairy stayed on the clock, even when not working. Plenty of 1.5X was paid for overtime. Our employees went above and beyond and are still working like crazy to get caught up
