| It's a big deal if the coop passes on a DPAD. The QPI deduction is reduced.
There is a trasition rule where the QPI deduction may be eliminated completely if the COOP issued a DPAD in 2017 and the fiscal year ends before Dec 31 2018.
And to make it worse, the IRS has not yet released final rules for the QPID for coop sales.
