Nebraska, The land of corn and cattle | From what I understand, not really, other than the delay, Ive heard it can be days, a week, or more later though, and a special planter is a must for those situation, but sometimes they are planted at the same time.
Ive never done it but Ive heard from some guys that do quite a bit of it. Basically I would charge somewhere between the average and the high rate from the ISU page for the female planting, then probably that again for the male rows if you have to go back again. If its all in one I would charge the high rate because its still more fiddling around than just dumping seed and going. |
