They cannot legally void your warranty for not using their oil. Mopar doesn't make oil.
When our motor failed in our Denali we had to prove that we were using dexos oil to get it covered under warranty......
Look up the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act. They cannot make you use they're oil for warranty claims. You may however have to produce service records showing that the oil you used met the manufacturers specifications.
