With any size harvester on 10 miles you are going to need 4-8 trucks depending on stop signs and how long it takes to dump, figure them at $125 an hour, and likely 4-800 for the harvester depending on size.

The number of trucks really depends on size of harvester and amount of hay in a windrow. I have a 892 pull type and can easy chop 5 straight truck (16 foot box) loads an hour if things are decent, At an average speed of 25 mph hauling (accounting for starts and stops) that is 4-5 min each way, couple min for hi dump, more to load from harvester, and 3-4 min to back in dump and head out and you likely only get 3 loads an hour per truck, likely 2.something in actual fact allowing for traffic, driver breaks etc.
