Fed 4 pounds per head per day of ddgs to fall calving cows in the winter for added protein and energy for years. I quit feeding it when they started taking the corn oil out of it because it cut the fat (energy) down to around 4 percent. The removal of the fat did raise the protein up to around 28 percent. Ddgs are a pain to handle and must be fed in feed bunks to cut waste.
