No, a GS2 rate controller has no capability for dry products. You could add a Seedstar system to the planter to control a Deere hyd drive if you can find all the right parts, which isn't too hard these days with everyone taking them off current planters. I did one a few years ago, Rawson to SeedStar VRD, and works just like factory but took some work getting all the parts and pieces figured out. You can also tie the accu-rate controller into a display, if you aren't already, through a serial port which will allow you some additional control depending what you're after.
