I have a neighbor just 3 miles down the road that is all organic. He must farm at least 2000 acres. He does mostly corn, soy, and alfalfa. He gets pretty respectable yields as far as I know. There's absolutely nothing shady about his operations. There's gotta be quite a few like that around.

There are many like that. They don’t stand out, you wouldn’t know they were farming organic as you drove by. You might think it was just another farm with a good crop rotation. They are probably not the ones with all the weeds that the chemical farmer neighbors love to talk about.
