Here is a round about volunteer list of organic farms in Minnesota. It sounds like about 1/3 of the farms in the state chose to be listed. There are quite a few 300-800 acre spreads, and they are growing more feed grain than I would have guessed.

Kind of fun to scroll through the list and get a feel for their scope and production.
