The ranges I have seen are $2-$7 for the 86% to 80% band of coverage.
I ran across an SCO that cost about $11 but it was on a quote for Irrigated corn and we did the MPCI at 50% so the SCO Band of Coverage was actually covering from 86% down to 50%.
