I let them cross 20 years ago for the small fee offered.
Then next time I did not let them cross property.
I look at it kinda like this. You are having an auction on a package.
The package may contain $100,000 cash or it may contain no cash. If I owned the package at the auction ,why would I let you lookin the box before you bid??
And I have heard the lease guys say we won't drill if we can not look.
The odds are there is no oil or gas so they will never drill if I let them look.
