How much should a seismograph crew pay to cross my property? I'm estimating 2000' of line across my 160ac block. If they use 20' it'd be close to an acre. Their offer is $1000. The land value is about$1000/ac. It seems pretty fair, but they'll be crossing terraces, damaging my winter wheat crop, and causing some pretty good compaction. Thoughts?
