60x80x21 steel building. We did two layers of fiberglass on the ceiling with vapor barrier for something like R38 or R40. Sidewalls we did spray foam then 6 inches of fiberglass. Have floor heat with off peak boiler. Dead of winter it costs roughly $10 to $12 per day to heat.
