We do Frontier direct DSM to PHX. Has been good for us, have had no really negative experiences. My mother uses a wheelchair in the airports, and they've been more than caring and helpful in getting her on and off the plane as painlessly as possible. I truly have no complaints about the trips we've taken with them.
