Glue three eight inch pieces of 1 1/2" PVC into a PVC tee. Use a conduit clamp to fasten it to a wall with the single piece vertical and the straight sections on the ground. Put bait sticks in the vertical tube and put a cap over it to keep water out. Rats can't resist going into a hole along a wall. Safe, simple, inconspicuous poison applicator.
