NEMO | Cant get part of my harvest info to export out of my Integra. My tech rep for Ag Leader has tried everything he knows to get my info to export out of my Integra to a thumb drive, with no success. Part of my harvest info was obtained and part wasn't. Still viewable on the monitor. He even sent it off somewhere, but nothing. Pretty much tech stupid here, but cant understand how it can still be viewed on the screen and unable to get it to a thumb drive. Have found out that there has been two or three other similar issues in his customer base from 2018 harvest. With one customer they finally got info to export. They are thinking maybe a software issue? Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks. |
