We have a Magic Pole gantry in the shop manufactured by Wallace Crane. I believe it's 2 ton capacity and has a one ton hoist on it right now. Sometimes it would have been nice to have more capacity, if we had a 2 ton hoist mounted it would likely do everything we need. Great for engine work, tire work, lifting cabs/platforms, etc. 

Looks like the current equivalent to the Magic Pole is the Tri-Adjustable Crane. It's a well designed piece of equipment, height adjustable and able to be assembled & disassembled easily without tools so it can be used inside & outside of the shop or broken down and stored away to save space when it's not needed.
