Weather has been very kind the last handful of years. That's the major driving factor.


If you only read this site you would think that the world was going to end and we would never raise a crop again due to the weather


I agree, mostly the weather has been very good


Did you guys farm in the banana belt the last couple years? We had wet springs, dry summer, hail then early freeze up and snow with fall harvest going until the end of the year.


This year we were down 20% but not a failure by all means.

I am definitely never in the banana belt. More like hs soils used for raising tourists.
