I wear Katoola brand for trail hikes. They've stood up so far including some steep downhills on ice and rock, and crazy running on gravel. No idea how they would last in a work environment. In snow right at freezing, they will tend to ball up, but that's likely not a condition you are worried about. Getting the right size for your boot is key though since they are a rubber band type.
