I'd definitely take it to another elevator and see what they say. We had some beans tested at our elevator this year and they claimed the moisture was 16 to 17 percent. Tested 3 times. Took sample to the other local elevator and tested 12.7 to 13. Went back to the elevator and turns out she tested it for corn. Definitely pays to check elsewhere in cases like those.
