Friend of mine that rents our pasture, has one just on this end to use, floor was getting in bad shape found one that someone built in really good shape on a local classifieds ads page and paid less for it than the lumber would cost to redo his old one not including labor, so yes good ones can be found just have to keep your eyes open if your not in a hurry.
