SCIA | Works best if the rate of the fertilizer is cut in half and then the spreader runs at half their normal width. I call it double lap spreading. We did every thing that way, in the 70's and 80's, until the independent guy that was our fert dealer, quit and went to farming full time. COOP wanted twice the price to do it, so, went back to spraying our selves.
