Yes, a 2008 or newer planter will be ISO compatible and would communicate with other terminals. Deere 2630, Case IH Pro 700 for example. You will still need to use the switchbox or CFM (clutch fold module) in the cab. Depending on the tractor and the terminal used, there are different options on how to get it on the CAN. If using a 2630, GP has a harness part # 467980335 that will connect to the pigtail harness behind the console. If in a Case IH ISO ready tractor with a Pro 700, use harness part # 467980350 that will plug into the CAN diagnostic port in the cab. There is also a harness available from Ag Express, part # SS1309, that ties into the CANbus at the 9 pin ISO plug at the back of the tractor and just runs in through the back window. This harness would work regardless of what tractor or ISO console you were using.
