Texas/New Mexico Stateline | Maybe some mule deer and quail.
Too sandy, no water, a little too much slope, playa lake on one corner.
Bought it thinking it might be a good speculation on wind energy, but that seems stalled out for now. CRP program rules have changed and it probably won't get renewed when it expires.
I would rather have the cash to build a nice shop here at the house. Or pay down other debts.
