Subject: Variable rate maps for maize

Denmark
I want to plant silage maize and fertiliser with variable rate maps this year.
I live in Denmark, and so far i can't find anyone with any experience on this topic.
So i thought this would be a better place to look for inspiration/experience/trial data.

I have no idea about how to go about it. With grain we have a pretty good idea, but maize is nothing like this.
I don't have any yield maps as i haven't found anyone who offer this service when chopping until now.

So if anyone could offer any information about how they make these maps, what determine how they adjust and by how much, both with fertiliser and seed, it would be much appreciated.
