I’ll summarize the dicamba training for you.
If the product physically drifts on non-dicamba beans, the applicator is at fault. The applicator should have identified your non-dicamba beans and left a buffer.
If the product volatilizes onto your non-dicamba beans, the applicator is still at fault, whether or not the label was followed to the last crossed T. The applicator should have looked in a crystal ball and determined the future weather (temp/humidity/wind shifts) and determined the exact physical chemistry interactions of the buffered dicamba salt in the plant-soil-water environment across the application area. No inherent product design shortcomings from Monsanto. So you should have nothing to worry about because the message on doing all the things the label requires is out everywhere.
