| We had a mounted Great Plains 40 foot semi mount bar w/ lift assist on an 8225R with no issues. You may need to be cautious during transport as it can throw the tractor around a little if your tanks are loaded but we just reduced our speed and locked the differential to help "steer" tractor and keep it straight down the road. We have done similar with a 16 row mounted gladiator strip till bar with lift assist pulling a montag cart on an 8260R as well. It can be done but just be aware you may need to reduce your road speeds and not travel down the road fully loaded. Performance in the field was great with no issues for us. | |
