East Central, Nebraska

I am in a similar situation as NilFarmer1

Can you do Advanced Seed Monitoring with the Kinze Planting Monitor module?

NO

I have a STMM module, DJ sensors and a 12 row harness (seed flow and clutch) that we are going to put on the Kinze 3600 planter with interplants.
I found a used 24 row seed flow harness and was going to buy 12 more DJ sensors.

In the long run I think I would be better off with the DJ sensors than trading the STMM for a KPMM

No one ever goes that direction because as stated above, less features exist on the agleader display when using the KPM. Though it isn't all perfect going the other way also. Some kinze planters have shaft speed sensors and blower pressure transducers that will not function when going the STMM. I switched everything the last couple years. 2 years ago i went to the seed tube monitor module with kinze sensors, then last year i put on PP wavevision sensors. if you want to get serious about seed monitoring, try those sensors out.
