Remember you asked for opinions. Rollers take a bad situation(loose tilled soil) and make it worse by removing any obstruction that would slow down the wind. Ever watch snow blow thru a field of cornstalks versus snow blowing across ice? Much more movement on the hard smooth surface. I can’t see any situation that a roller would make erosion less. I will have to disagree with Tim and say rollers only have a few minor advantages that in my opinion do not outweigh the costs.
