When a disk is divided into partitions, these work just like separate independent disks.
You have one big partition of ~1000GB and two tiny ones (0.65 and 0.99GB). Probably the latter are not indicated in windows explorer, as they are reserved for proprietary and recovery stuff from the manufacturer.
This wouldn't be the first PC that has a tic right from the beginning, caused by bloated OEM software, trial versions of everything etc.
