northeast iowa | I just got started again last, after lepto took out my dads sow herd. I know have 13 sows, last year I started with 6. I know I am just getting started but I didn't even make enough money to pay my protein bill. I sold less than half as locker hogs at 200$, some feeder pigs, and the rest for cash at local buyer. I like doing it but it is most likely the first thing to go. | |
