Salina, Kansas | A little work I know but ours game with a vacuum pump on the engine which we converted to a air compressor. You can then get an air pot that will screw right on the end of that brake spreader and make them air brakes. It makes the brakes work a lot better. But you of course I have to take apart both Wheels to do that. Too bad you don't live closer ours is sitting in the edge a field for sometime when the engine went bad.
