I guess my point is that I see Ukraine increasing 10-20% between the 5 year blocks and the last 5 year block to the last block. A steady progression, while the Russian yield increases are smaller until the last block. It just looks like a very large increase to be projecting (based on past history) unless there is something extraordinary about the chart that is explained in the text of whatever article it came from. Like if there was a projected drop in low yielding hectares or a new government policy that was going to radically change the availability or type of inputs to be used. I agree that the absolute projected yield is not unbelievable-just that it's so far above any previous level.
