NW Indiana | I would be shocked if they lower it. If they didn't on the December report why would they now with no china is back to buying? Wouldn't make sense to me but that wouldn't be the first time. I might be crazy but I still feel a deal will be worked out and china buys heavy from us while brazil takes it on the chin. I could see a final number between 2.0 and 2.1 billion wouldn't shock me.
