I was hoping someone had one that they tried and liked. I tried this one https://www.thespruceeats.com/texas-red-hot-beef-sausages-2313404 ...it sucked! I thought it seemed like a lot of sugar and it is! I'm glad I made a small batch! Wife thought she could use it up in Jambalaya.
