| As others stated it is misleading marketing from the cell carriers. Your phone or the network is no faster now than it was when it said 4G or LTE.
And for those in rural areas true 5G is not going to be a good thing so I hope they leave the 4G in place. Even if they ever get around to deploying 5G in rural areas it likely won't be until the mid 2020's. Hell Apple probably won't even release a 5G phone until 2020 or 2021. | |
