West-Central IL | I am trying to download the free Microsoft Excel app on my ipad. I didn't have any trouble getting it on my Android phone. When I try to download the app, I immediately get the pop-up "Unable to Purchase. Microsoft Excel is not compatible with this iPad"
I believe the ipad is a gen 3 and is running on version 9.3.5. Checked online and found website that said to use Excel For iPad must be running version iOS 7 or newer.
Any ideas what's going on?
