I understand what you’re trying to do but I’m not sure it can be done without the use of VBA (Visual Basic for Applications) editor in Excel. So unless you’ve had some programming experience it may be difficult to understand because it is a little more in depth.

Anyways, here's a link to a situation similar to yours: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/34012832/vba-to-change-cell-valu...

You’ll likely have to make the ‘Developer’ tab in Excel be shown so you can get into VBA. Just go to the ‘View’ tab and you should be able to make the ‘Developer’ tab be shown up top.

I can’t think of another way to do this at this time being that drop-downs are also being used with if/then statements, but there’s always more than one way to skin a cat especially in Excel.

You can also do more searching based off what I tired to find: https://duckduckgo.com/?q=how+to+dynamically+change+value+in+dropdow...

Sorry I couldn’t help this time.
