West-Central IL | You sir, are amazing!!! Thank you so much. I just learned how to do my first If/Then statement about two weeks ago. Everything I have learned has just been from YouTube videos. I didn't have any idea how to use an If/Then statement with a Drop Down List.
Since you are obviously an Excel genius, I will ask you another question:
If A6 is "Dry", B6 is "AMS", and D6 is "Lbs/A", how can I make B6 and D6 instantly display "-" when "None" is selected from the drop down list in A6? As it currently works, "AMS" and "Lbs/A" are still displayed after A6 is changed to "None". The drop down list changes to "-" but must be manually selected. I thought perhaps I could use the "-" for the IF False part of formula (see below) but it didn't work.
=IF(A6="Dry",'Data Table'!J3:J5,IF(A6="Liquid",'Data Table'!K3:K11,"-"))
Thank you
