Subject: Any experience with 18650 batteries?

Near Intersection of I-35 & I-90 Southern Mn.
I bought a robot car kit online and it needs a pair of 18650 batteries which were not included. I am not familiar with them. Apparently these are rechargeable batteries (3.7V) that are used in a variety of places. They appear to be available online with chargers. I notice one through Wal-Mart (not stocked in stores apparently) that includes a 110 VAC charger. Any experience or advice?

The kit works with an Arduino and came with a CD. When I insert the CD in my Win 10 computer, it struggles for a while and comes back with a message asking me how I want to use the disk. The choices seem to indicate that my computer thinks that I'm going to write to the CD which is not the case, I just want to read the files on it. The CD includes the Tutorial on assembly, Arduino test codes etc. which I need since the kit is very much Chinese. Any ideas?
