Hey JD5525
This has always been a hit especially around men. When we take this to a party the bowl always comes home clean.

If you still have an artery running full blast, you might like this for Super Bowl snack.

Ingredients
2 cups real mayonnaise. Need that grease!
2 cups chopped onion. You can get the frozen boxes but I think fresh chopped have the best texture and taste.
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese. Do not get the fine shred; you want some stringy stuff when dipped.

Directions
In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, onion, and Cheddar cheese. Spoon into a 1-qt. baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 325° until golden brown, about 40 minutes. Make sure the dish contents have a brown crust on top. If desired, sprinkle with parsley for added presentation.

Serve with corn chips. I like the Frito Lay original corn chips. They are sturdy enough to handle a good load of the dip

Enjoy
