South Central Iowa | The chart is real. I am pretty certain that is the cause. It occurred at 3:54 eastern time which coincides with this news. Volume spiked from 500-1,000 shares traded a minute to over 40,000.
Now, I picked it up off a trader on twitter, but can't verify the wire service. I will say that a lot of 4Q shareholder reports are being released right now, so it is possible that Skechers performed really well or something. I couldn't find the Skechers release that would support that though either.
