| Farmers are known for bi##ing about prices,weather, land prices etc.. No one is holding a gun to any of our heads to pursue or continue our Agriculture path. Whether that be frustrated about thawing water pipes in sub zero weather, calving in a blizzard, watching a crop being destroyed by hail or drought, wondering how to pay for too high priced ground or even complaining about being screwed at a livestock show or auction. It is not an occupation for the fainted heart......if ya dont like it get out! Wal Mart, Burger King etc. is always hiring but you don't see very many of those employees driving around in $30,000 plus trucks. Sit back a moment and enjoy what we have AND DON"T have. Don't know of many forced into this occupation but know of some who are forced out of it. Have a good one! | |
