That does appear to be an outback valve. Unfortunately they are not compatible with current Trimble controls. Trimble requires a variable valve (PWM) and the one you have is called a bang bang valve. It has 3 positions off, full on right and full on left. It has no way to feather the steering, it is on or off, no in between.
