It would seem so, but as farmers at some point we always find a way to overproduce. Big carry now is a combination of big acres and big yields.
Edit to add: I think it also shows the marker does its job, increase/decrease supply as needed. Maybe someone will post a price chart to compare, guessing its close to the opposite of the carryout graphs.
