| Most of the time associated people with the flight do that. But you have to take extra care. Once I found my luggage broken while they were transferring goods form one flight to another. If you can always travel with good/reputed companies. They also have cheap flights sometime. But when you have important things on your luggage you should be careful about choosing fights.
