Subject: Crankcase oil heater.

SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass!

I've had a oil heater in the front plug of both my JD3020's crankcase for at least 30 years.  100 watt I think but I can't remember where I got them. When we had dairy they got plugged in every evening when it was below freezing. Pans were always warm to the touch and tractors always started no matter how cold. One of them is not heating today and I would like to replace it but I can't find one with google search yet. Takes a standard block heater plug. It's on the one on my standby generator and has spent a couple months plugged in solid for the last twenty years.
