You are right,w e don't spend anywhere near 30 cents a bushel, I would guess half that. Also there is a value in keeping the combine going and cutting when you want. I don't care if people have bins or not, it's better for me if nobody builds any, more basis opportunities. Also I can start cutting 14 to 14.5 percent beans in the morning and 11 in the evening and after they layer in they will come out dry. No dock on the wet ones, and they add some of the moisture back to the dry ones. There is a reason all the new big farm bins are going up in the country and it's not because farmers are stupid.
